Qualitative Research
They mainly seek to find the motivations, cognitive, affective and behavioral attitudes, emotional and rational aspects of the consumer, using the following techniques.
- In-depth interviews: online or face-to-face following social distancing protocols, when it's required.
- Focus groups: 4 to 12 participants keeping a minimum of 1.5 meters between each of them, when it's required.
- Inmersion observation (ethnographic studies)
We have moderators with extensive experience and the highest technology, for recordings and videoconferences, adapted to the needs of each client, with the application of projective tests and behavioral models to analyze the consumer.
Quantitative Research
For Quantitative Research, we use different information collection techniques, such as:
- Face to face interviews: At Homes, Location Centers, Offices, following all protocols for the protection of our interviewers and interviewees (use of gloves and masks when it's required by protocols). Using paper, tablets or smartphone.
- Online surveys: using segmented databases in order to reach the audience required in each study.
- Telephone surveys: using own database or provided by the client

Store Audit
We offer national market information (14 cities) at the level of points of sale, such as supermarkets, grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores and lottery banks; on a bimonthly basis, obtaining by product category the following information:

- Numerical and weighted distribution
- Supply and stock levels
- Product rotation
- Situation of competition and its movements
- Retail prices
